I am an extroverted but also a very private person. I love to talk, explore new ideas, play and laugh. I prefer the arts to science because I enjoy exploring my creative side. I constantly want to learn and push my boundaries. I have studied mainstream health science, but my passion is writing and movies and alternative health. My favorite topics to write about are relationships, sexuality and spirituality. I believe that everyone should be wholeheartedly accepted for who they truly are. I have a strong desire for a partner who is my physical, mental and spiritual equal. I perceive sexuality to be sacred and should only be explored between spiritually married individuals. To me truth, compassion and integrity are essential elements of any relationship. I need to live in a clean, minimalist, peaceful environment where people respect and understand each other. I like the outdoors and need to be connected with Nature. I am health conscious and personal hygiene is very important to me. I take pride in taking good care of my body. I don’t like drinking, drugs, tobacco or any substance that prevent me from being fully present. I meditate twice a day, and have been doing so for the past 21 years. Meditation is paramount in my life to keep me calm and grounded. I often feel drained around low energy individuals and literally have to distance myself in order to recharge. I am also a clairvoyant and an effective energy healer.
