I am interested in the arts and how they can be used for self-healing: music, painting and dancing… I love live theater, nature walks/hikes, yummy food and star gazing. I value deeply the ability to be in the moment and be in touch with feelings and sensations, and I enjoy the intimacy that is created through sharing authentic expression of oneself. I enjoy the energy, creativity and honesty of children. In the past I have worked extensively with children in classrooms and enrichment programs. I love heartfelt communication, romantic movies, and being inspired by the human spirit of compassion.
